Gravel Options:

Typically used for driveways, walkways and landscape designs. Pea gravel, a mix of natural rounded pea-sized pebbles, is also known as 3/8” decorative stone or garden gravel. |

Generally, an off-white or earth tone color that is round and smooth. Common applications include septic systems, drain fields and landscaping.

Often used as a backfill and base for retaining walls, decorative ground cover, walkways, under slabs or improving drainage systems.

Round and smooth gravel that is usually 3”- 7” in size or more. Tailings are used for backfill, rock gardens, behind sea walls, infiltration trenches, or road stabilization. |

Barge Capabilities
Chaney Enterprises is pleased to offer barging capabilities for our sand & gravel products. Based out of our Sussex, DE, Onancock, VA, or Chesapeake, VA terminal, our barges are equipped to deliver to businesses throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. Other materials such as animal feed or scrap metals can also be shipped via the 12,000 mile inland waterway system from Seaford, DE barge or as far north as New York and as far south as the Carolinas using our terminals in Virginia. One barge has the capacity of a 50 car unit train, 250 dump trucks or 50 tractor trailers.
