Credit Application
We are pleased that you have expressed a desire to open an account with Chaney Enterprises. We look forward to the opportunity to serve you. Please read the following carefully, download and fill out the application in its entirety.
To ensure that prompt action is taken, please note the following on the application and supply the appropriate documentation requested:
- Please provide mailing and street addresses for your place of business.
- Monthly credit limit requested.
- Include the names, addresses and social security numbers of all corporate officers/owners of the business.
- Bank information.
- List at least three (3) major supplier trade references including your masonry, ready-mix concrete suppliers and any other information, which may be beneficial in expediting your application.
- Signature, title, and date at bottom of page one.
- Page two is a Personal Guarantee and is required for all open credit accounts. Please have these signatures notarized. Do not sign with a corporate title, as this is a personal guarantee.
- A copy of your most recent financial statement signed and dated by an officer of the company may be needed if the personal guarantee isn’t provided.
- Information regarding project (city location, project name, Project Manager information such as name and direct contact number).
- If project is bonded, we require a copy of the bond as well.
