News - Chaney Launches CE Pumping, Formerly Mid-Atlantic Concrete Pumping
Chaney Enterprises, a ready-mix concrete, aggregates, custom blends, and related construction supplies provider, today announced the opening of CE Pumping, a new concrete pumping division formed by the acquisition of GreenRock Materials.
As part of their October 2020 GreenRock Materials acquisition, Chaney Enterprises also secured ownership of the related Mid-Atlantic Concrete Pumping company. The pumping company has been rebranded to CE Pumping and is Central Virginia’s largest locally owned concrete pumping company.
CE Pumping offers concrete pumping services within a 75-mile radius of Richmond, Virginia, but can travel to other parts of Virginia upon special request. Pump truck operators are certified through the American Concrete Pumping Association (ACPA) and have experience with a multitude of concrete placement applications. Together, CE Pumping operators have over 55 years of concrete pumping experience.
CE Pumping can provide services to a variety of customers including residential, commercial, industrial, VDOT and Municipal. The CE Pumping fleet consists of 9 concrete pumping trucks ranging from 28 meters to 47 meters in length. The company has a sufficient pump system to handle jobs of any size.
Jason Mahan, former pumping manager of Mid-Atlantic Concrete Pumping, has been named pumping operations manager of CE Pumping. He will be responsible for overseeing the new division, maintaining equipment, and improving processes to achieve an overall better customer experience. With over 20 years of experience in the concrete pumping industry, Mahan is dedicated to advancing the building industry in his new role.

Chaney Enterprises acquired the 22-year-old Mid-Atlantic Concrete Pumping company in October 2020. Current customers will have their accounts transferred to CE Pumping.
