Chaney Honored with NRMCA’s 2025 Concrete Cares Award

Chaney Enterprises is proud to announce that it has received the 2025 Concrete Cares Award presented by the Manufacturers, Products & Services (MPS) Division of the National Ready Mixed Concrete Association (NRMCA). The award recognizes outstanding contributions in community service by an NRMCA producer member company, shining a spotlight on the positive impact made by ready-mixed concrete companies in local communities nationwide.

At Chaney Enterprises, volunteerism and giving back to local communities have been at the core of our mission for decades. In 2024, our commitment to service was exemplified by the tireless efforts of over 140 employees who collectively donated more than 700 hours to support key Chaney Cares’ fundraising events, including the 45th Annual Bull Roast and the 25th Annual Golf Tournament. The nonprofit organizations benefiting from these fundraising efforts include Boys & Girls Clubs, Farming 4 Hunger, Habitat for Humanity, and Raising a Reader.

“Our annual fundraising events are more than just industry gatherings; they are vital components of our efforts to make a lasting impact on the communities where we live and work,” said Francis Hall Chaney, III, CEO of Chaney Enterprises. “We take pride in knowing that the funds raised through these events help strengthen the local nonprofit organizations that we partner with.”

The Concrete Cares Award not only celebrates the work of Chaney Enterprises and its employees, but it also underscores the company’s longstanding culture of giving back. Through Chaney’s charitable foundation, Chaney Cares, they work to build foundations for family success through supporting education, employment, and homeownership initiatives. Chaney employees are further empowered to engage with their local community through the company’s volunteer time off (VTO) and charitable matching programs.

This recognition serves as a testament to the commitment Chaney Enterprises has made to the community, and our desire to continue making a difference for generations to come. With a deep-rooted culture of volunteerism, the company looks forward to building even more resilient and vibrant communities in the future.

Chaney Enterprises is honored to be a part of an industry that prioritizes community service, and we are incredibly grateful to the NRMCA for this recognition.
