VOC emissions from interior paints and coatings must not exceed the VOC and chemical component limits of Green Seal’s Standard GS-11 requirements. 

Incidental concrete application: Low-VOC paints and coatings must be used in conjunction with any concrete work that is exposed to the inside of the building. “Inside” is defined as all areas within the outer air/moisture barrier.
