News - Chaney’s 41st Annual Bull Roast Raises $69,000 for American Cancer Society
Despite the challenge of hosting events during the COVID-19 pandemic, the annual Back Yard Bull Roast went off without a hitch! Although the Bull Roast didn’t really take place in Chaney Enterprises’ back yard this year, sponsors and ticketholders still enjoyed the same tasty BBQ and homestyle sides they’re accustomed to devouring at our Bull Roast event. The modified Bull Roast, which included take away Mission BBQ party packs, took place on Saturday, October 24 at Mission BBQ restaurants across the Mid-Atlantic region.
In addition to enjoying delicious BBQ, Chaney Enterprises also held a virtual silent auction via the company’s Facebook page. The virtual silent auction lasted three days and allowed more people to participate than ever before.
Together, the Bull Roast sponsorships, tickets and silent auction raised $69,000. The proceeds from this fundraiser will be donated to the American Cancer Society.
