The GreenGuard Polystyrene (XPS) Type IV or Type X Insulation Board is extremely moisture resistant and is ideal to use as an exterior insulator for cavity walls, below slabs, as a stud wall continuous insulation, or a foundation.
Cavity Walls

With an R-value of 5.0 per inch of thickness, consider adding GreenGuard XPS Insulation Board to the cavity wall of your project. This board provides a thermal break over steel studs. The boards can also snap into 16”, 24”, and 32” widths for a perfect fit between brick ties in block-backed cavity walls.
Below Slabs
Below slab application of this product can be used for normal loading situations and is also ideal for radiant flooring. Specific loading requirements can be provided by a Concrete Store representative.
Continuous Insulation
