Our plastic concrete forms for flatwork and curb and gutter pours are featherweight which makes them easy to set, strip and transport. Poly Meta Forms will not rot, splinter or rust. Plastic concrete forms are easy to clean and have an outstanding weatherability, they withstand harsh construction conditions,and can be used over 150 times. Straight and radius forming systems are designed for both flatwork and curb & gutter construction. 

Flexible (Radius 3'to 70')
Poly forms without reinforcement tubes can be bent to achieve any curve down to a 3' radius.

End connection: Short polyethylene inserts provide a flexible alignment between forms.
