Most concrete mixers can only carry 7 or 8 cubic yards of concrete on federal roads in Northern Virginia due to the DMV weight restrictions. Thanks to the hard work of David Williams, our Fleet Maintenance Manager, and many months of research, adjustments, and changes, six of our new 2016 concrete mixers can haul a full 10 yards on federal roads such as Interstate 95.
